TrainingTrain the trainer . . .Your standard contract for the acalog ACMS™ includes a "train the trainer" session on how to use the system. We typically break the training into two sessions, one for the basic system, and another for advanced features. To ensure we provide the best quality training possible, we limit the number of persons involved in a standard training session to no more than three. You should be able to understand the basics of the system in moments, and will feel comfortable starting your own editing after an hour. With a bit more hands on self-training, you'll be ready for a follow-up session for advanced features, such as Version Auditing. |
Once you've become familiar with the system, you'll be able to start using the flexible workflow to establish your own policies and rules for editing and reviewing changes. The nice thing about the acalog ACMS™ is that you can use as much or as little of the system as you need: Start out with the basics, and layer on advanced capabilities as you work through creating new processes at your institution.
